Short version: this website does not use cookies, analytics or trackers and does not store anything you type. Your message reaches us only when you send it yourself through a messenger.

What this website collects
Nothing that identifies you. There are no cookies, no analytics, no advertising pixels and no tracking. The project brief form is not sent to any server: it only prepares a text, which opens in the messenger you choose.
Data on your own device
The site remembers on your device the language you picked and whether you have already seen the intro (browser storage), and keeps a copy of its files so it opens faster next time. This data never leaves your device; you can clear it in your browser settings.
Hosting
Like every website, the hosting provider receives technical data needed to deliver the pages (IP address, browser type, time of the request) and may keep it in short-lived server logs for security. We do not use these logs to identify visitors.
Messengers and social networks
When you click WhatsApp, Telegram, Viber, LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube or TikTok, you leave this website and the privacy policy of that service applies. What you send us there (your name, contact and project details) is used only to answer you and to prepare and deliver the work you ask for.
How long we keep your data
Conversations about a project are kept while we work together and for as long as the law requires for invoices and contracts (in Portugal usually up to 10 years for accounting records). You can ask us to delete anything that is not legally required.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask for access to your data, its correction or deletion, restriction or objection to processing and data portability. Write to connect@orionstudio.io. You can also complain to the Portuguese supervisory authority CNPD (www.cnpd.pt).
Children
This website and its services are aimed at businesses and adults and are not directed at children under 16.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version is published on this page with a new date.
